This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Andrii Naumov, Sole Proprietor and independent software developer ("Licensor"), for the software products provided, including but not limited to Pomodozer Lite, Pomodozer Plus, and any other current or future applications ("Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using any Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software for personal or commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.
Each license permits installation and use of the Software on up to three (3) computers owned or controlled by you or your organization. For installations on additional computers, you are required to purchase additional licenses (one license per group of up to three devices).

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with the Licensor.
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. You use it at your own risk. The Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting all copies of the Software. The Licensor may terminate it if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
